How every quote is calculated
Material cost = sliced weight in grams × material cost per gram.
Machine cost = sliced print hours × machine cost per hour.
Hands-on labor = build plates × hands-on minutes per build ÷ 60 × labor rate.
Base price = material + machine + hands-on labor.
Quoted price = the higher of (base price × markup) or the minimum price, then the quantity discount is applied.
Electricity is measured for reporting but is currently not added separately because the configured machine cost already covers it. Setup fees are disabled.
